The safety of your child is our school’s number one priority.  The school holds regular drills to teach students to respond calmly in the event of an emergency.  Teachers will discuss the escape plans with your child.  Each class has an escape route to an outside area that is a safe distance from the building.  During tornado drills, each classroom goes to a designated area within the building.  We also teach our students what to during a lock down situation.
