AlertNow Service
All schools in Rockingham County subscribe to an Internet-based phone service called AlertNow. This service allows both district administrators and individual school administrators to send important phone messages to the homes of parents and staff. It is used primarily to keep parents informed of weather announcements, student attendance, school-wide announcements, events and opportunities available for students.
If you miss a message or a portion of a message, you may use the AlertNow Message Replay system below to hear the message repeated . Be sure to enter the primary phone number you provided to your school(s) to be sure you access all phone calls sent to you via AlertNow.
PARENTS PLEASE NOTE:
Whenever there are changes in phone contact numbers, a parent or guardian should call the school to update our records to insure that AlertNow calls will be placed to a valid phone number where a parent can be reached.
AlertNow Message Replay
AlertNow provides an online replay and review of calls made to you in the past 15 days.
To receive a replay of school and district messages sent to your phone, click on this link:
or this icon displayed on your school's website homepage
After you click Search, a new Web page will display all the messages sent to you during the past fifteen days.
For phone messages, click Listen to this Audio/Phone Message, and a pop-up will appear allowing you to open the audio file with your computer's media player.
Please note: You must have speakers connected to your computer to hear the audio messages. If you do not hear anything, check to make sure your volume is turned up and your computer is not muted.
