I am delighted and excited to become a part of the Dillard community and I look forward to working with our students, staff, parents, and the surrounding community.
I am a Tarheel by choice. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, I  joined Rockingham County Schools in 1998 as a School Social Worker for western attendance zone schools, including Dillard. After receiving my Masters in School Administration, I was assigned to Reidsville High School as Assistant Principal for three years. For the past seven years, I have been the principal at The SCORE Center in Reidsville.

Here at Dillard Elementary School, we are united in working to provide all of our students with knowledge and skills that will prepare them for high school graduation and to be productive citizens in the 21st century. In order to accomplish this, we will provide a safe, nurturing learning environment with high expectations and standards, respect for diversity, and recognition of individual  needs.Our challenge is to imagine the possible, one student at a time.
