Draper Elementary School offers the following clubs for our students.
The Broadcast Club consists of students in Grades 3-5. These students read the morning announcements and lead the student body in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance and the student motto. They also organize various activities throughout the year.
WAG (Walk Around Gang)
The Walk Around Gang (WAG) is our walking/exercise/physical fitness program for students and staff. The goals of this program are to encourage students and staff to learn the value of exercise, become aware of heart health, be exposed to healthier habits early in life, and set individual goals that may help them maintain healthy, lifelong habits.
The Student Leadership Council consists of students from Grades 3-5. They work in the lower building before school helping to supervise students in Grades PreK-2. They wear bright orange vests to be recognized. They help keep students close to their classrooms and settled before they go into their rooms and may also read to them or do other activities with them.
The Draper Book Club
The book club meets on Wednesday afternoons to read and discuss books. They also participate in a blog which only club members can access.
