This website has been created to provide the Rockingham County Community with pertinent, accurate information concerning the construction of the new Douglass Elementary School. 
 
Our project will begin Spring 2010 and is anticipated to be complete for the start of school in August 2011. The new construction will be located on the current site of the original Douglass Elementary School playground.
