    All State Health Plan benefits are accessible 24/7 by following the link listed below to the SHP eEnroll.  You may enroll, make changes to your benefits**, view your current health benefits summary, find a doctor, view or change your Primary Care Provider, and get information on benefit offerings.

    **Qualifying Life Events (QLE):  Changes to coverage due to a QLE (birth of a child, loss of other coverage, marriage, divorce, etc.) must be completed within 30 days of the QLE.  You must also submit documentation of the QLE within that 30 days before approval of any changes can be made.  Examples of proof are a Certificate of Creditable Coverage from an employer, a copy of a new insurance card, birth certificate, marriage certificate, court ordered documents signed by a judge. Please refer to the link below for more information on required documentation for a QLE.

    If you will be adding a spouse and or child to your coverage, you must also provide Dependent Eligibility Documentation.  Please refer to the link that will provide the documents that must be provided.  

    QLE and Dependent Eligibility Documentation should be uploaded to the “Document Center” within the SHP Enrollment Center.  If you are unable to upload your required documents, you may email them to Rockingham County Schools Health Benefits Representative, Kelly Vaughn, at kvaughn@rock.k12.nc.us.

    Instructions on how to enroll:

    Navigate to eEnroll:  SHP eEnroll

    You will be prompted to enter your Login ID and Password

    • Your Login ID is your first name, the first initial of your last name and the last 4 or possibly 5 digits of your social security number.
    • If you cannot remember your password, click on “Reset your Account” located under the “Login” button.  If you have technical issues/questions, please call 1-855-859-0966.
