Rockingham County Schools uses an automated phone messaging system to keep families informed about important school and district events.

At Booker T. Washington Learning Center (BTWLC), we use this system, as well as Class Dojo, to maintain consistent and timely communication with families.
Weekly messages from BTWLC are sent every Sunday evening around 6:00 PM.

BTWLC Messages May Include:

• Back-to-School Announcements

• Parent Conference Reminders

• Special Events

• End-of-Grade (EOG) Testing Dates

• Report Card Distribution

• Make-Up School Day Reminders

• Attendance/Absence Notifications

• Emergency Messages

District Messages May Include:

• Weather-Related Closures or Delays

• Emergency Notifications

• Other Important Updates
