Mrs. Christy Albertson, Principal
Our Principal
Hello Stoneville Elementary Bears!
I'm Christy Albertson, and I am incredibly honored to serve as the principal of Stoneville Elementary School. With 26 years in education, I've had the privilege of serving as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, and most recently, interim principal at Moss Street Elementary. Each role has strengthened my belief that every child deserves to feel loved, challenged, and inspired every day they come to school.
Stoneville is especially meaningful to my family because my husband, Tommy, and I have called this community home for more than 20 years while raising our three children here. It is truly a blessing to have the opportunity to serve the school and community that have meant so much to our family.
My goal is for every child, every family, and every staff member to know they belong at Stoneville. I believe the best schools are built on strong relationships, open communication, and a shared commitment to helping every student succeed. I look forward to partnering with our families and community as we make this a wonderful place for children to learn, grow, and thrive.
When I'm not at school, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, serving alongside my husband through our church, participating in mission work, cheering on my children, or enjoying a good cup of coffee.
I am excited to begin this journey with the Stoneville community and look forward to a wonderful year of learning, growth, and celebrating our students together. Go Bears!
