School Improvement
The Leaksville-Spray Elementary School Improvement Team (SIT) is made up of dedicated representatives who work together to promote ongoing growth and progress at our school. This team includes teacher representatives from each grade level, support staff, and parents, all committed to the school's success. Elected by our staff, the team meets monthly to discuss, develop, and implement our School Improvement Plan, focusing on initiatives and programs to improve the school environment.

Our School Leadership Team (SIT) meets monthly, and these meetings are open to the public, with everyone welcome to attend. However, some meetings may include closed sessions that address school safety and security. Meeting dates may change to accommodate additional sessions or severe weather.
