The Leaksville-Spray Elementary School Improvement Team (SIT) is made up of dedicated representatives who work together to promote ongoing growth and progress at our school. This team includes teacher representatives from each grade level, support staff, and parents, all committed to the school's success. Elected by our staff, the team meets monthly to discuss, develop, and implement our School Improvement Plan, focusing on initiatives and programs to improve the school environment.

Our School Improvement Plan can be found on the Indistar website, a web-based tool that helps guide our school in tracking and managing its ongoing improvement efforts. The plan is regularly updated, and you can access it using the link and information provided below.
