School Improvement
The Western Rockingham Middle School Improvement Team (SIT) is made up of dedicated representatives who work together to foster continuous growth and improvement at our school. This team includes teacher representatives from each grade level, support staff, and parents, all committed to the school’s success. Elected by our staff, the team meets monthly to discuss, develop, and implement our School Improvement Plan, focusing on initiatives and programs designed to enhance the school environment.
