Retesting Thursday and Friday
Hello Parents!
If your child attended remediation Monday-Wednesday, your child is eligible for retesting beginning tomorrow.
Doors will open for students at 7:45 to get breakfast and we will begin testing as close to 8:45 as possible.
Once we have completed testing, your child will have the option to call for a ride to come pick them up.
If your child needs to take both tests, we will see your child again on Friday. Students that only have one test to complete will not need to return on Friday.

We also have free meals for anyone under the age of 18 available at Morehead High School.

Check out the times & locations - free meals are available to anyone 18 and under!

🌸 Happy Mother’s Day to all our amazing Holmes Middle School families! 🌸
Today, we celebrate the love, strength, and support you give each and every day. Whether you're a mom, grandma, guardian, or mother figure—you make a world of difference in the lives of our students. Thank you for all you do! 💐❤️
👏 Huge thanks to our amazing BETA members for helping make Field Day at Central Elementary safe and fun! 🎉 You all did a fantastic job representing Holmes with leadership and spirit—we’re proud of you! 🌟💙
Cafeteria Reminder: 🍽️
Please help us take care of our cafeteria by following these simple guidelines:
✅ Do not kick the legs of the tables — they are sensitive and can break easily.
✅ Keep the area clean — throw away your trash and help keep our space nice for everyone.
✅ Be kind — to each other and to our school property.
✅ Do not shake the tables or pull bolts out of the stools — this damages the furniture and creates safety hazards.
We appreciate everyone doing their part to keep our cafeteria safe, clean, and welcoming! 💙
