We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Dr. Whitten and Mrs. Belton on their well-deserved retirements!
Dr. Whitten, our current instructional coach, is retiring after 31 incredible years in education. Her leadership, guidance, and dedication have made a lasting impact on both staff and students.
Mrs. Belton, a beloved Kindergarten teacher, is retiring after 25 wonderful years of inspiring young learners. Her kindness, patience, and love for teaching have touched countless lives.
Both Dr. Whitten and Mrs. Belton have been invaluable members of our school community, and while we will miss them dearly, we celebrate the legacy they leave behind. Enjoy your next chapter—you’ve earned it!

Third grade would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Ann McClain for showing our students just how fun and exciting science can be! A retired teacher from Dillard, Mrs. McClain now generously volunteers her time to help students discover a true love for learning. We are so grateful for her passion, dedication, and the joy she brings to our classrooms.
Our latest science experiment with Mrs. McClain was a blast—literally! Students had so much fun learning how sugar, water, and Dawn dish soap make the perfect mixture for bubbles. Thank you, Mrs. McClain, for making science come alive!

First grade is celebrating the last few weeks of school with theme days. Here are some pictures from their camping day and popcorn day.

Thank you to Skylar's Grandfather for coming to speak with Mrs. Scherrer's class about his job with 9-1-1. Our students learned how it works, and how it helps us during an emergency. We enjoyed seeing the R/C car and appreciate the yummy snacks for our classroom! Tomorrow, students will work on a 9-1-1- activity book and receive a special pin. 😀

We are so proud of our graduating seniors! It was so amazing to see them today back at their elementary school!

First grade held a spelling bee yesterday and did an amazing job! We are so proud of all of our students' progress this year in phonics and spelling!
