"Good evening Wildcats! This is Mrs. Wray calling with your Weekly Wildcat Message! We hope you are excited to begin the 25-26 school year bright and early tomorrow morning! Here are a few reminders:
*Please remember that students may begin being dropped off at 7:45 in either the 6th or the 7th/8th car line. Please no earlier! We also ask that you not drop students off in any other areas. We understand that traffic may be a little heavy during the first few days, please be patient - I promise it will work itself out in no time! We just have to get in the routine!
*If you signed up for a bus and still do not know your stop information, you may need to bring your child the first day - and we will make sure all students know how to get home on Monday. If you signed up for the bus at Open House, sometimes it takes up to 5 days to get the official approval. Please be patient as we work through bus routes! We also ask students to be out at the bus stop 10-15 minutes EARLIER than your scheduled time just until we get the morning routines going.
*Remember tryouts for Soccer, Softball, and Girls Tennis begin on Monday. If students plan on trying out they must have a current sports physical on file at www.dragonflymax.com before they can stay for tryouts. As of Friday afternoon, several who signed up at Open House, did not have their physical in Dragonfly!
*Students remember as you enter the building you must take out any items that will set off the weapons detection system. Please have these items out of your bookbag prior to walking in the door. (Teachers and staff will work with our 6th graders to learn this routine).
*Please send back the Chromebook User Agreement form and $30 with your child as soon as possible. We will distribute Chromebooks soon, but students must watch videos on how to care for the devices, and appropriate use, before we can distribute. Our goal is to get them distributed during the first week.
We are looking forward to welcoming you all in the morning! Please call the school at 548-2168 if you have any questions. Thank you, and have a great evening!"
