This week our school wrapped up our one school, one book reading of The Wild Robot. This week's photo challenge was to find somewhere new to read/listen to the story. It was so fun getting some of our kiddos pictures!
Kindergarten celebrated Weather Day yesterday! The teachers had a blast dressing up as various types of weather.

We've loved seeing families read with their parents, siblings, pets, grandparents, and other extended family!
Morehead's Beta Club members came by to read with some of our kindergarten friends. Mrs. Beckner's class loved having Miss Megan as a guest reader.

Our fifth grade students participated in the zonal Battle of the Books competition on Friday, February 14. We are so proud of these students and how hard they worked to read and memorize details for 16 books!
