Dear Parents,
With cold temperatures here and winter fast approaching, we wanted to take a minute to remind you of the Remote Learning Choice Boards that are available on the Dillard Academy website. If our district leadership team calls for a remote learning day due to inclement weather, these choice boards are available for students. If you have any questions, please reach out to us!

First and second grade made gnomes with clay and 5th grade made gnomes houses out of paper towel rolls! It’s always nice to collaborate to make our school look ready for this holiday season!

Collaborative art from 3rd grade! They made the houses for our gnomes!

Kindergarten did their annual turkey trot. They disguised their turkeys after reading "Turkey Trouble". They were so excited to show off their turkeys to the school.

Lots of science fun the week before Thanksgiving, exploring the air we breathe!! We created a chemical reaction using baking soda and vinegar, then extinguished a candle flame with the carbon dioxide it created! Then we cleaned old pennies with a salt and vinegar solution that works on copper.
