District C's Teamship Experience took place at Reidsville High School from June 7-13, hosted in the media center. William Bradshaw, a certified District C coach, guided students from Reidsville and Rockingham County High Schools through this paid internship. During the program, student-led teams tackled a real business challenge for Pella Windows and Doors.
Teamship is a modernized internship experience designed to equip students for contemporary work environments. It allows student teams to address real-world problems for actual businesses, with the guidance of an expert coach.
