Dear Raider Family,

I am honored and excited to serve as the next Principal of Reidsville Middle School. It is a privilege to join the Raider family and work alongside our students, staff, families, and community partners to create meaningful opportunities for student success. I look forward to building upon the great work already taking place at Reidsville Middle School while continuing to foster a culture where every student is valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.

I am a graduate of Winston-Salem State University and earned my Master of Education in Administration and Supervision from the University of Phoenix. My commitment to education extends beyond the classroom through years of community involvement, youth mentoring, and service to local organizations. These experiences have strengthened my belief that strong relationships, collaboration, and a shared vision are essential to creating a thriving school community.

My vision for Reidsville Middle School is to ensure that every student and staff member experiences success academically, socially, and emotionally. I believe every child has the ability to grow and achieve when provided with the right supports, opportunities, and encouragement. Together, we will continue to promote academic excellence, positive relationships, student leadership, and a strong sense of belonging.

As we begin this journey together, I am committed to listening, learning, and partnering with each member of the Raider community. I look forward to celebrating our successes, overcoming challenges together, and creating a school environment where all Raiders are prepared to achieve their goals.
