With more than 25 years of experience in education, I have served as both a teacher and school administrator, primarily at the middle school level. I earned my Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Virginia Tech and am passionate about improving student achievement through high-quality instruction, strong relationships. Throughout my career, I have focused on creating positive learning environments where students and staff can thrive. I am excited to join Reidsville Middle School and look forward to partnering with students, families, and staff to support student success and foster a culture of excellence.
