Rockingham County Schools – Exceptional Children’s Department
Rockingham County Schools is currently accepting sealed proposals for specialized services within the Exceptional Children’s Department. Qualified providers are invited to submit bids for the following opportunities:
Mental Health CABHA Oversight Services: Oversight for the RCS Day Treatment Program.
EC Related Services: Provision of Speech/Language, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Vision Impairment services based on student IEPs.
What you need to know:
Deadline: All sealed bids are due by 11:00 a.m. on May 1st, 2026.
How to Apply: Submissions must be delivered in person or via postal mail to the Exceptional Children's Department, 511 Harrington Highway, Eden, N.C. 27288.
Details: All proposals must include a service approach, personnel support details, and three professional references.
Submission Deadline: May 1st, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
Location: Upstairs Boardroom, Central Office, 511 Harrington Highway, Eden, NC 27288.
Requirements: Bids must include a scope of services, three references, and all required North Carolina credentials and licenses.
