Our first year teachers wrapped up two great days at the RCS Beginning Teacher Orientation at Morehead High School, and we couldn’t be more excited about them joining our team!
Our newest educators spent the last two days building connections, learning from experienced leaders, exploring classroom management, curriculum, instructional strategies, technology and the many resources available to help them thrive in their first year. Most importantly, they discovered they are joining a district that is committed to supporting them every step of the way.
We are excited to welcome this outstanding group of beginning teachers to Rockingham County Schools and can’t wait to see the positive impact they’ll make in classrooms across the district. Here’s to an amazing school year!
