On Tuesday evening at the Rockingham County Schools Central Office, former Assistant Superintendent of Operations and Logistics, Erselle Young, was honored with The Old North State Award. This prestigious recognition, sanctioned by the Governor, celebrates individuals who have demonstrated over 20 years of dedicated service and excellence to the state of North Carolina.
