RFQ ADDENDUM – FUNDING DEADLINE CLARIFICATION
Draper Head Start Renovation – Design-Build RFQ

This addendum clarifies the funding deadline previously stated in the RFQ and related amendments. Project funds must be encumbered by June 30, 2027. An additional 90 days following June 30, 2027, will be available to disburse funds for those encumbered obligations. Payment is not required to be completed by June 30, 2027. This clarification supersedes any conflicting language regarding the funding expenditure deadline. All other RFQ requirements remain unchanged.
