RCS families mark your calendars -- All schools on the traditional school calendar have two important dates coming up - an early release day Friday, October 25th and a teacher workday with no school for students on Monday, October 28th.

HMS students in the Paxson Patterson Lab are exploring career options in such areas as Cosmetology & Barbering, Robotics and Pharmacology. They’re discovering their aptitudes & interests, and making pathway plans within an engaging, hands-on, project-based learning environment.

RCS, RCC and Rockingham County Economic Development is hosting our 2nd annual career expo, ENVISION, on October 3rd for all 7th graders and October 4th for all 10th graders. ENVISION exposes students to all the career opportunities available for them to explore.


Ms. Elissa Clegg (RCMS) and Ms. Katie Singleton (RMS)joined the Civil Air Patrol as Aerospace Education Members and their classrooms were adopted by the Dan River Composite Squadron and they recently received their TOP flights at Shiloh Airport!
